Roscoe's catering comes in the form of an all-you-can-eat, serve-yourself buffet.  All the meat is sliced on-site for maximum flavor and freshness. 

MEATS:   Ribs, Sliced Brisket, Pulled Pork, BBQ Chicken, and Sausage

SIDES:      BBQ Beans, Potato Salad, and Cole Slaw

OTHER:   Tea and Sweet Tea, Pickles, Onions, Sauce and Bread

COST:       $12.00 Per Person

We also have apple or peach cobbler available for dessert at an addidtional cost of $2.00 per person.
